Set on twelve wooded acres in Bucks County, the Hollowbrook Estate is a ground-up custom residence where timber-frame craftsmanship meets quiet, modern luxury.

The family came to us with a piece of land they loved and a vision for a home that would hold generations. We took our cues from the site — the slope, the light through the trees, the stone underfoot — and shaped a residence that feels rooted to its place: heavy timber framing, warm oak, natural stone, and walls of glass that pull the forest inside.

Keystone managed the full build, from foundation to final finish, over eighteen months. The family was involved at every milestone — and the result is a home made to be lived in hard and passed down for generations.

The heavy-timber frame raised on site — the moment the home first took its shape.

“They didn't just build our house — they built the place our family will gather for the next fifty years. Every detail was considered, and nothing was a surprise.”
